A Route not showing up on the Samsara Portal or Driver App.
Confirm the ELD Type is set to “Samsara” on the Tractor Overview for the tractor number assigned to the load.
Confirm that the Earliest fields for the stops are in chronological order. The second stop's earliest time must be equal to or greater than the stops before it.
Verify that the address for each company is listed in the address line 1 field. This field must contain only the address, no email address or addition information should be in address line 1.
