Process


  1. Click on the information icon located in the bottom left corner of the home screen.

  1. Click on the settings button inside the About Kiosk Screen.

  1. Click the option for Device Maintenance.

  1. Click on the Storage Icon at the bottom of the screen.





  1. Click on the Apps option.

  1. Select the Samsara Driver App and click Uninstall

  1. Click on the Home button at the bottom of the screen and then click “OK” on the About Kiosk screen to return to the home screen.



  1. Click on the Samsara Driver App and select OK on the install popup prompt.

  1. You will be taken to the Google Play store.  Click the “Install” button to reinstall the Samsara Driver App.

  1.  Once the install competes click on the “Open” button to launch the app.



Note: If a truck is out of data, operations can call Samsara for a 30-minute data override.
